bmy12 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and User Agreement for Philippine Players
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the bmy12 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the bmy12 platform, including all gaming services, account features, deposit and payment functions, and any related content ("the Platform"). By creating an account on bmy12 or by continuing to use any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including any updates or amendments that may be published from time to time.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use the Platform. bmy12 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
To register and use the bmy12 platform, you must meet the following minimum eligibility criteria:
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) and must be the beneficial owner of the account.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from the Platform.
bmy12 does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If we become aware that an account has been created by a person under 18, the account will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited in accordance with applicable rules. You are responsible for ensuring that no minor uses your account or device to access the Platform.
Account Creation and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on bmy12. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person.
bmy12 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. If you suspect your account has been compromised, you must contact the support team immediately at [email protected]. bmy12 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm account ownership and eligibility.
User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
By using the bmy12 platform, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will only use the Platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- You will not attempt to manipulate, cheat, or exploit any game, system, or feature on the Platform.
- You will not use automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
- You will not engage in any form of collusion, fraud, or money laundering through your account.
- You will not use the Platform in a way that could cause damage, disruption, or excessive load to Platform infrastructure.
- You will ensure your account balance is funded only through payment methods that belong to you.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds at bmy12's sole discretion. bmy12 cooperates with relevant authorities where fraud or illegal activity is identified.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions
All transactions on bmy12 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP ₱). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers via InstaPay and PESONet. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may be updated at any time.
When making a deposit, you must submit accurate transaction reference numbers through the bmy12 deposit form to ensure timely crediting. bmy12 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect reference numbers or payment provider outages. Account balances are for use on the Platform only and do not earn interest.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the verification procedures in place at the time of the request. bmy12 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or investigation of unusual account activity. Any bonus funds are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time they are issued and may carry wagering or eligibility conditions before withdrawal is permitted.
Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
The bmy12 platform and all its content, including game software, design elements, brand assets, logos, and text, are the intellectual property of the Platform operator or its licensed providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.
bmy12 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bmy12 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds due to game outcomes, technical errors, or service interruptions.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for reference purposes. bmy12 does not endorse or accept responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at your own risk.
Account Suspension, Closure, and Governing Law
bmy12 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, abusive behaviour toward Platform staff, or failure to complete identity verification when requested.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification and the absence of any pending investigations.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which bmy12 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts.
